- Melissa officinalis (Lemon Balm) ext. dry conc. 187.5 mg: from dry leaf 750 mg. Traditionally used as a nervous system relaxant to soothe the mind.

- Biotin (1 mg): A high-potency B-vitamin that supports hair, skin, and nail health while assisting nutrient metabolism.
- Chromium picolinate (201.1 mcg): equiv. Chromium 25 mcg. Assists the body in processing dietary sugars and carbohydrates.
- Zinc citrate dihydrate (31.95 mg): equiv. Zinc 10 mg. Maintains skin integrity and supports healthy immune system function.
